Registration is now open for the Sunday, July 14, 2019 CE meeting featuring Small Animal Clinical Medicine.

This meeting starts at 8:00am with Registration & Breakfast and ends by 3pm.
Participants will earn 5.0 CE Credits for the full day in the veterinary or technician tracks.  Lunch included.

Program Costs
$25 pre-paid Registration fee for LIVMA Members & Supporters
$75 pre-paid Registration fee for all NYSVMS Regional Members (i.e., NYCVMS, WRVMA, etc.)
$125 pre-paid Registration fee for all Non-Members

Attendees can choose to attend only part of the day and will receive credits based on the lectures attended.
However, the fee for the program cannot be pro-rated.

Members / Supporters Cancellation Refund Policy:
Cancellation by June 28, 2019  for 100% refund. 
Cancellation between June 28, 2019 to July 5, 2019 for 50% refund. Cancellations between July 6, 2019 and  July 9, 2019  for 25% refund. 
No refunds after July 10, 2019.
All refunds are minus any credit card processing fees.

Non-Members Cancellation Refund Policy:
Cancellation by June 28, 2019  for 100% refund. 
Cancellation between June 28, 2019 to July 5, 2019 for 50% refund. Cancellations between July 6, 2019 and  July 9, 2019  for 25% refund. 
No refunds after July 10, 2019.
