$25 pre-paid Registration fee for LIVMA Members & Supporters
$75 pre-paid Registration fee for all NYSVMS Regional Members (i.e., NYCVMS)
$125 pre-paid Registration fee for all Non-Members

Attendees can choose to attend only part of the day and will receive credits based on the lectures attended.  However, the fee for the program cannot be pro-rated.


Members / Supporters Cancellation Refund Policy: Cancellation by June 26, 2017  for 100% refund. 
Cancellation between June 26, 2017 to July 6, 2017 for 75% refund. Cancellation between July 6, 2017 and July 13, 2017  for 50% refund. 
No member or supporter refunds after July 13, 2017.
All refunds are minus any credit card processing fees.

Non-Members Cancellation Refund Policy: Cancellation by June 26, 2017  for 100% refund.  Cancellation between June 26, 2017 to July 6, 2017 for 75% refund.  Cancellation between July 6, 2017 and July 11, 2017  for 50% refund.  No non-member refunds after July 11, 2017.
